Custom Dimensions & Cutout Layout
Create a custom aluminium trading card wall display using your own frame dimensions, cutout sizes and arrangement, without being restricted to a predefined grid.
Enter your required frame height and width in millimetres, together with the total number of card cutouts you require.
Upload a drawing, sketch or AI-generated image showing your required layout. Your submission must specify the size and position of each cutout, along with the relevant spacing, margins and measurements.
You can specify cutouts for PSA, CGC, BGS, One Touch or other card holders and collectibles. Different cutout sizes and arrangements can be requested within the same display, provided the required measurements are clearly supplied.
Choose your preferred aluminium frame colour and black or white EVA foam insert using the available product options.
The configurator calculates the price of your custom display automatically. Your submitted layout is reviewed for manufacturing feasibility before production, and we may contact you if any measurements or details require clarification.
Instant Custom Display Pricing
Your custom display price is calculated automatically using the overall frame dimensions and number of cutouts entered into the configurator.
Our pricing is based on the existing aluminium trading card display range offered by The Card Collective®, with adjustments for the physical size of the display and its custom manufacturing requirements.
A customisation charge is incorporated into the calculation to account for the preparation, review and coordination of individually specified layouts.
For Australian pricing, this charge is calculated at 20% of the equivalent standard display price, subject to a minimum of A$75 and a maximum of A$200.
The customisation charge is already included in your calculated display price. It is not an additional fee charged after you place your order.
Pricing also accounts for the overall physical size of the display, so larger frames retain an appropriate minimum price regardless of the number of cutouts requested.
International prices may differ according to the applicable regional pricing structure and currency.
Premium Aluminium Construction
Each custom display uses a precision aluminium frame manufactured to the dimensions specified in your order.
The slim aluminium profile creates a clean, modern presentation while remaining lightweight and durable.
Inside the frame, a precision-cut EVA foam insert is manufactured according to your submitted cutout dimensions, quantities and positions.
The display is completed with a clear high UV-resistant acrylic front.
High UV-Resistant Acrylic
The clear cast acrylic used in each display has been selected for its combination of clarity, durability and UV resistance.
Supplier technical specifications rate the acrylic as offering excellent UV resistance and excellent optical clarity, with up to 92% visible-light transmission.
Manufacturer spectrophotometer testing also demonstrates strong UV absorption, helping reduce the amount of ultraviolet exposure reaching the collection while maintaining a clear view of the cards.
Important: While the acrylic provides a high level of UV resistance, no display glazing should be treated as complete protection against prolonged sunlight exposure. We still recommend keeping valuable cards and collectibles away from direct sunlight and strong sources of UV exposure wherever possible.
Black or White EVA Foam Insert
Choose between black or white EVA foam to change the overall appearance of your display.
Black creates a darker, high-contrast presentation, while white creates a brighter and cleaner look that pairs particularly well with lighter and metallic aluminium finishes.
Both options use the same precision-cut EVA foam construction and are manufactured according to your custom cutout layout.

Choose from a wide range of aluminium frame colours and finishes to complement both your collection and surrounding décor.

Custom Cutout Sizes & Positions
Unlike our standard grid displays, this configurator allows you to specify the size, quantity and location of individual openings within your EVA foam insert.
Cutouts can be designed for PSA, CGC and BGS graded card slabs, One Touch magnetic card holders and other collectible formats.
Your uploaded layout must clearly identify the required dimensions and locations of each opening. Where different holder sizes are required within the same display, please label them individually.
Cutout placement and dimensions are subject to manufacturing feasibility. We may request clarification or adjustments if the submitted arrangement cannot be manufactured as specified.
No predefined card-holder format or standard grid arrangement is required.

Assembled & Finished In-House in Australia
Each display is assembled and finished in-house in Australia by The Card Collective® using high-quality components sourced from carefully selected specialist suppliers.
For custom orders, components are sourced or prepared according to the submitted frame dimensions, cutout sizes, quantity, positions, insert colour and frame finish before final assembly.
Each completed display is then prepared, checked and finished prior to dispatch, allowing us to offer an extensive range of configurations while maintaining control over the final presentation of every order.
Production & Dispatch
Every display is produced specifically for your order and the custom layout supplied.
Standard production time:
Up to 10 business days prior to dispatch.
This production window allows time for the required made-to-order components to be prepared, followed by assembly, finishing and final preparation for dispatch.
If any details in your submitted drawing require clarification, we will contact you before production.
While many orders are completed sooner, we recommend allowing the full production timeframe during busy periods.
Important: Custom Measurements & Layout Responsibility
All custom displays are manufactured according to the dimensions and layout provided with your order.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted measurements, cutout dimensions, quantities, positions, spacing and margins are accurate.
Your uploaded drawing, sketch or AI-generated image must contain sufficient measurements and information for the intended design to be clearly understood. Reference images alone may not provide the precision required for manufacturing.
Please ensure that the frame dimensions entered into the configurator match the overall dimensions shown in your uploaded layout.
We review submitted specifications for manufacturing feasibility and may contact you if clarification is required. This review does not replace the customer's responsibility for providing accurate measurements or verifying compatibility with their intended card holders or collectibles.
Changes to dimensions, cutout arrangements or other custom specifications may not be possible once production has commenced.
